This group is ideal for:
Resilient Frontlines provides a safe, confidential space for small-group work (10–15 participants). Participants learn practical skills for grounding, emotional regulation, and recovery, reducing isolation while building inner resilience.
This six-week closed cohort provides a safe, supportive space for veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders navigating trauma, PTSD, addiction, and burnout.
Consistent participants foster trust, peer connection, and continuity in trauma-informed coping, mindfulness, and resilience-building skills.
Each session runs 90 minutes on a secure, HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform, offering veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders a safe online space to explore trauma, addiction recovery, mindfulness, and emotional regulation from anywhere.
Includes:
Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP)
Trauma-focused CBT & grounding techniques
Psychoeducation on trauma, stress response, and regulation
Breathwork, somatic anchoring, and values reflection
All participants must complete a short intake screening before being accepted.

Interns will conduct intake calls on Mondays and Fridays.
